In MS-4004: Empower your workforce with Microsoft 365 Copilot Use Cases, students perform a series of hands-on exercises involving ten Use Cases – Executives, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, Operations, Communications, Customer Service, and Legal. These exercises focus on using Copilot in various Microsoft 365 apps (such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and so on) to complete a series of common business-related tasks pertaining to each Use Case. MS-4019: Transform your everyday business processes with agents examines Microsoft prebuilt agents and agents for the everyday business user in Microsoft 365 Copilot. Hands-on lab exercises help students learn how to create agents in both Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat and SharePoint. 

MS-4023: Transform Ideas into Action with Copilot Chat teaches learners how to get started with Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, craft effective prompts, and use its AI-powered features to enhance productivity, streamline work, and collaborate securely in real-time.
